Australian parents are urged by researchers to take advantage of the “unique window of opportunity”, to instil good nutrition and exercise habits in their young children.
After data released showed that one in five Australian children are obese before they start school, researchers aim to reverse the trend by educating parents on the significant impact they can have on their child’s health in the early years.
