Too many obesity warnings could trigger eating disorders

Bigger problems could be triggered in children if obesity is not communicated in a sensitive way, warns Dr Janet Walsh from priory Hospital in Cheshire, England. Dr Walsh who leads a specialist child and adolescent eating disorders unit, found that many of her patients recall educational sessions that triggered disorders at a vulnerable age and stresses the need for a level of body acceptance whatever the weight and shape of a child.
