Type 2 diabetes in children on the rise

Currently there are more than 500 cases of children who have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in the UK. This is an alarming increase considering that 16 years ago there was not a single case of a child being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in the UK. To make matters worse, these numbers are currently rising at a shocking rate.
